Message
I started Fody Consulting with the goal of bringing the latest Restaurant
skills and practices to all-sized operations at a cost that is not
prohibitive. My mission statement is clear: Use my experience and knowledge
achieved throughout my nearly two-decade Restaurant career to help these
ventures accomplish the goals they have setout to achieve.
Personally, I have a long history of working with the top New York restaurants
and lounges such as Spice Market, Libation and Bruno Jamais Restaurant Club.
Through this experience I have learned that countless aspects are involved in creating a
rewarding operational atmosphere and each element unto itself has great importance.
It is appropriately managing each aspect that is the key to long-term viability, and beyond
that, great success.
Creating an atmosphere of excitement and motivation must begin at the beginning
and our approach at Fody of hard work, flexibility and collaboration are the
right mix to help your new venture achieve full fruition. Thus taken
altogether, our unique approach and experience make us a matchless partner
for venture's needs.
