Opening Consultant & General Manager
Opened this multi-million, tri-level Restaurant / Lounge with capacity
for 600 covers nightly. Achieve average weekend sales in excess
of $50,000. Directed 40 person staff and instituted all operational
and support systems. Also ran all Event Planning efforts, specifically
the sales, marketing and execution of two private party rooms.
• Named Zagat “Top 10 Nightclub 2005/06.” Also
earned Hotspot reference by Page Six, New York Daily News and New
York Magazine.
• Sold and hosted Private Party events for Entourage (HBO
Series launch party), the 2005 Zagat Restaurant Guide launch party,
the “Hustle and Flow” Movie Premiere party
• Created the Wine List to complement the American Tapas cuisine
and established all Liquor Inventory & Ordering systems for
3 bars with over 300 brands of liquor.

Opening Consultant & General Manager
Opened and directed this Upscale Kosher establishment known for
its fine dining. Lead administered all Staff hiring, training and
scheduling for this high-volume, 120+ seat establishment
• Upscale, Asian-Mediterranean Cuisine achieved goal of $20,000
in sales daily, which included three private banquet rooms and VIP
memberships.
• Designed operational system configurations for payroll,
opening and closing procedures, ordering, inventory, and food and
beverage cost control and sales of private parties
• Acted as Featured sommelier on “I Want to be a Hilton”
episode shot on location in restaurant

Market & 66 New York, NY
Service Maitre’D
Opened and trained a 50 plus staff for this Jean-George Vongerichten
new locale. After opening, directed all main dining room activities,
event planning operations and set up all service, door and reservation
controls.
• Received 3 Stars from New York Times and often highlighted
as the city’s #1 Restaurant destination
• Managed and coordinated private events accommodating over
500 people including events for Victoria Secrets, Tommy Hilfigger
and Sarah Jessica Parker.
