and hire the correct ration, mix and skill sets for effective floor
and bar coverage.
Two Week Opening Seminar Program
We implement an extensive two-week training program with emphasis
on service, product knowledge and salesmanship. Classes are presented
for Management, Event Planners, Servers, Runners, Bussers, and Front
Maitre'D.
Hospitality
We instruct all guest contact personnel the importance of the utmost
sense of care, grace, and kindness, and the importance of bringing
fun, energy and joy to service.
Training Systems and Manuals
We develope comprehensive training manuals and support materials
utilized throughout the operation to maintain service excellence
and cost efficiency.
