Two Week Opening Seminar Program
We implement an extensive two-week training program with emphasis on service, product knowledge and salesmanship. Classes are presented for Management, Event Planners, Servers, Runners, Bussers, and Front Maitre'D.

Hospitality
We instruct all guest contact personnel the importance of the utmost sense of care, grace, and kindness, and the importance of bringing fun, energy and joy to service.
